Eternal Sunshine Café was originally named after the movie “Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind” with the poem quoted in the movie by Alexander Pope:

"How happy is the blameless vestal`s lot!

The world forgetting, by the world forgot.

Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind!

Each pray`r accepted and each wish resign`d.”

To me, this represented wanting to forget everything that caused me pain and start fresh, knowing that conditioning prevents things that are meant to be. If we can rid blame, forget and forgive what causes pain, we can have pure happiness. The last line is about the Law of Attraction. By truly believing and visualizing our prayers and wishes, we can achieve anything by following the signs that God or universe sends. I still more than believe all this. I know it.

What eternal sunshine grew to mean to me is eternal happiness. When the sun is out, the vibes are always better, auras are stronger, and mind states are sharper, resulting in happiness. If there was eternal sunshine, there would be eternal happiness.

The decor, theme, and ambiance are a direct reflection of this lifestyle. A happy place that promotes good vibes, creates a positive environment for everyone from guests to employees. Eternal Sunshine Cafe promotes the same power that sunshine does for me everyday. Even when its dismal outside, there is an eternal sunshine keeping my vibes better, auras stronger, and mind sharper.
